Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 5โ€“15 business days

  • New Zealand: 7โ€“18 business days

  • International: 10โ€“25 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple warehouses and suppliers, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Voltura Technologies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your address, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly assist in investigating the shipment.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged item

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
